Within the last three years, we've provided free legal assistance to Ukrainians who use medical cannabis as medicine if prosecuted by the police and charged with a criminal offense.

According to statistics, during the year 2017, Ukrainian courts convicted 562 people for the distribution of drugs, and 8997 were convicted for storage without a sale purpose!

We believe that this is injustice, because the police should look for real criminals and not increase their rates at the expense of those who need treatment. That is why we decided to provide free legal assistance to all detainees under Art. 309 of Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As a result, during this time, we provided free legal assistance to 173 people.
